We initially looked into purchasing this converted 18th Century barn with adjacent 1.8 acre field. However, after listening to the vendor we realised we could better solve her problem via an assisted sale.

By performing a light refurbishment and entering into joint venture with a larger developer on the land we were able to achieve a final sale price 45% higher than the agents initial valuation.

Unlike a regular estate agent we were able to offer a number of value add services to enhance the final sale price of the property. For example we carried out the following renovations:
