We agreed an option on this 1.8 acre plot of land in May 2021 as part of an assisted sale deal. Planning for an 80 unit development in an adjacent field was at an advanced stage so we opted to negotiate a joint venture with the developer, River Oaks Homes.

We are currently in consultation for an 18+ unit development on the site.
We are always looking for land in Kent and East Sussex. We have the in house capability to self develop sites up to 10 units.
However for larger sites we are able to leverage our network to partner with an appropriate builder or developer to ensure the best possible outcome.
